Plaintiff-Appellant, Apani Southwestern, Inc. ("Apani"), appeals from the district courts dismissal of its antitrust claims against Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. ("CCE") arising out of a contract between CCE and the city of Lubbock, Texas (the "City"), which granted CCE the exclusive right to sell bottled water on property owned by the City. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
